Greetings; Over my 20+ years as a writer, collector, and teacher, I've had the opportunity to learn all kinds of interesting things--and now I'm ready to share some of this eclectic knowledge.

My personal interests are in books and bookbinding, cooking, gardening, and collecting Native American art, so you will see these topics regularly. On the serious side, I am also an award-winning writer of patient education and healthcare materials, so I hope to be able to provide some helpful articles on common--and not-so-common--conditions. (I am not a healthcare professional, however, so will not give out medical advice.)

I look forward to working with Suite 101 and meeting the writing and reading communities!
